Hyland Orchard was founded in 1945 by F. James Hyland. In 1996, Jim’s grandson Christopher Damon took the reigns and continues to run the farm and grounds today. Don Damon transformed the farm’s 12,000-square-foot barn into a state-of-the-art brewery, which today is operated by Rapscallion Brewery.
Zukas hilltop barn
Zukas is set on top of a hill in the perfect country setting, in central Massachusetts. This beautiful setting offers multiple outdoor and indoor spaces that provide beautiful photo backdrops for wedding couples. Multiple barns, a pond and green house are just a few of my favorite spots at this sought after venue. They host approximately 100 weddings per year at their venue and it has become one of the most popular spots in Massachusetts for a country style wedding.

The property is a converted 250-acre dairy farm, just 30 miles south of Boston. At its heart was the barn his family built in 1918, which he turned into the clubhouse. For 40 years that clubhouse, nestled amidst over 250 acres of perfectly manicured lawns and woodlands, was one of Plymouth County’s most exclusive private event venues, hosting thousands of weddings, outings, and special occasions. Today, The Villa provides an unrivaled location in southeastern Massachusetts, offering dramatic spaces, elegant appointments, the most up-to-date amenities, and endless possibilities for those who wish to create the event of their dreams.

The society room of hartford
Timeless history, dating back over 200 years. Originally named the Society for Savings, this historic building started as the State of Connecticut's first bank. The building was rebuilt a few times and has become one of Connecticut's most elegant and sought after wedding venues. Many wedding couples arrange to have their photos taken at the Historic Hartford City Hall, which can be rented for a small permit fee.

Yale University is located in New Haven, Connecticut and is one of the top Ivy league private college institutions in the country. It is also an amazing campus that has some of the most beautiful buildings of any college or university in the country. It's campus has been the backdrop for countless photo shoots and movies, to include Indiana Jones. Whenever I have the pleasure of photographing an engagement or wedding at this location, I am one happy photographer.
saltwater farm vineyard
The Saltwater Farm Vineyard is located in Stonington, Connecticut and is bordered by the tidal marshes of the Wequetequock Cove. In the late 1930's, the property served as a small community airport, which was later closed during World War II. In 2001, the property, mainly the existing airplane hanger was converted into an amazing wedding venue. The structure is an architectual marvel and opens up to the vineyard and open grass runway, which leads to the Atlantic Ocean. This is truly an amazing wedding venue for couples looking for something different with some class and elegance.
The Riverview was built in 2008 to exacting standards, this attention to detail is evident in every aspect of The Riverview. From the lobby through to our Grand Ballroom, your guests will be dazzled by the building’s crystal chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings, and polished granite dance floor. The venue features two Grand Ballrooms and can accommodate up to 600 guests for an event.

The Mansion was built in the 1890s as the summer home of the industrialist Clarence W. Bowen; his wife, Roxanna, was heiress to a portion of the Pullman railroad fortune. The home, which sits on 90 landscaped acres, has been attractively renovated without being overly luxurious. The property is owned by the Linemaster Corporation, the B&B business by the Mansion’s chefs, Scott Plantier and Joel Theriaque. The menu is American with some Italian and Japanese influences. This venue has a 7,500 square foot reception venue that can accommodate up to 250 guests.

he Waterview is a 44,000 square foot facility set on Lake Zoar in Monroe, Connecticut. The property consists of 13 secluded acres and the venue contains lavish grand ballrooms with crystal chandeliers, marble dance floors, fireplaces, and floor to ceiling waterfront views with lakefront patios and gardens. The Waterview was awarded Five Stars by The Knot and WeddingWire and was voted in the top 15 wedding venues in Connecticut.

Newport Vineyards located in Middl etown, Rhode Island. Newport Vineyards was originally planted in 1977 on a hill overlooking Rhode Island Sound with the goal of producing fine wines and as a way of preserving beautiful agricultural land from rapid development. The property is now comprised of 60 acres of vineyards and pastures that provide for the perfect back drop for an intimate wedding. The Vineyards is also comprised of a the Brix Restaurant, Vineyard Cafe and Newport Vineyards Event Center.

The Roger Williams Park Botanical Center is located in the Elmwood Section of Providence and is home to three unique event venues. These unique venues offer a grand event space to accommodate weddings and other events. These venues include their Casino, Botanical Center or the Tent Space, all located on 427 acres of historic park space.

Such an amazing space, is the Rose Gardens of Roger Williams Park. I had the pleasure of working with Madalin and Hector on their special day and they chose the small intimate Rose Gardens located within the park to tie the knot. The Victorian rose garden in Roger Williams Park has existed since the 1880’s and includes several varieties of roses from Albertine to White Dorothy Perkins. The park itself spans over 427 acres and has a variety of beautiful spaces for amazing photos for wedding couples.

The Dorrance is located in the heart of downtown Providence, at the corner of Westminster and Dorrance Streets, The Dorrance restaurant maintains the timeless elegance of yesteryear in a gleaming, contemporary way. High ornate ceilings, a long, luxurious bar, and a well-appointed dining room . The Dorrance is available for exclusive use for wedding receptions and can accommodate 375 guests.

the majestic Cobb Hill Estate in Harrisville, New Hampshire. Cobb Hill Estate is a New England paradise, perfect for those who appreciate the natural beauty of New Hampshire. Featuring 750 private and secluded acres, it’s hard to believe that Boston is only 90 minutes away. An outdoor amphitheater provides a framed view of Mt. Monadnock as well as breathtaking views of three states. On an adjacent property, accommodations include lodging for 45 people, along with a large event tent, chairs, dance floor, and lighting.

the beautiful Mack’s Apples located in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Mack’s Apples is an eighth generation family-run farm of approximately 400 acres – with 100 dedicated just to apples. The Mack family has farmed the land continuously since 1732, making Moose Hill Orchards, home of Mack’s Apples, the oldest single family run farm in New Hampshire. And if they also hold wedding ceremonies on their property. The property is gorgeous and once section has a small stream that runs behind a large weeping willow tree, which is a perfect spot to tie the knot.
