Mansion at Bald Hill Wedding
Woodstock Connecticut Wedding
I am so excited to share this wedding with everyone at the beautiful, Mansion at Bald Hill located in Woodstock, Connecticut. The mansion was built in the 1890s as the summer home of the industrialist Clarence W. Bowen; his wife, Roxanna, was heiress to a portion of the Pullman railroad fortune. The home, which sits on 90 landscaped acres, has been attractively renovated without being overly luxurious. The property is owned by the Linemaster Corporation, the B&B business by the Mansion’s chefs, Scott Plantier and Joel Theriaque. The menu is American with some Italian and Japanese influences.
A special thanks to everyone the Carnegie for being so accommodating. And lastly, a thank you to all of the wedding professionals that had a part of making this wedding day amazing for this great couple. I can’t wait to photograph another wedding at the Carnegie Hotel. Here is a glimpse of their wedding day, thanks for taking a look.
